We aim to satisfy your order in a speedy fashion, so we only offer yarns which we hold in stock. However, if you order exceeds the quantity we hold, we will contact you promptly and advise you of a delivery date or offer an alternative.Ordering from usAs a general rule, clicking on an image will take you to more information on the product.Please browse our online store and enter the quantity you require into the box next to each product. Then click on ‘Basket & Checkout’ to proceed to the checkout. Here we will ask you for your delivery and payment details in order to complete your order. Order Confirmation We will confirm your order by email, at which point the contract between us commences. This is to safeguard us in the event that we cannot fulfil your order. In the event that we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you by email or by phone as soon as possible after you place your order. We may offer you an alternative product or advise you of the expected delivery date if we have insufficient stock and need to place an order with our suppliers. PaymentWe accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, and Switch. We will ONLY take your payment once we are ready to despatch your goods. DeliveryWe will aim to despatch your goods as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours to any mainland UK address, including your place of work. Delivery is free within the UK for orders over £30 and £3.50 otherwise. Your goods will be despatched by First Class Post or by Courier. For the European Union, we charge a flat postage fee of £3.50. For the rest of the world, we charge £8.50. These charges reflect the costs of postage to us and are under constant review. Returns InformationIf you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them to us within 14 days for a replacement or full refund provided that they are in perfect condition. We will refund you by credit or debit card within 7 days of receipt of the goods. It is advisable to return the goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. We are unable to accept liability for returned goods damaged or lost in transit. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt. The cost of returning goods will be borne by you. CancellationShould you wish to cancel your order please notify us by email within 7 days. On exercising your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations you shall be required to return the goods to Wonderwool. See Returns Information above. Should you fail to return the goods, Wonderwool reserves the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by Wonderwool in retrieving the goods.
